NEW (AND HEALTHY) SALADS AT STONEFIRE

The deliciousness continues to grow at STONEFIRE Grill with some healthy and tasty additions to the menu this week.  Our list of market fresh salads now totals 18, and here’s some more information about the 3 new creations we’re offering to our health-conscious, foodie, and yes, gluten-free guests too:

ROASTED CORN & ARUGULA – Wild arugula, roasted corn, grape tomatoes, avocado, toasted walnuts, Parmesan cheese, Tomato Basil Vinaigrette.

GOLDEN STATE KALE – Chopped kale, red cabbage, cucumber, golden raisins, roasted chickpeas, avocado, Lemon Tahini dressing.

THE A.B.G. – Wild Arugula, fresh beets, Gorgonzola cheese, toasted walnuts, Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Quinoa Has Arrived!

It’s official! Quinoa has made its debut onto the STONEFIRE menu in all 7 of our Southern California locations. Whether you prefer it on your salad or as a side, quinoa is a tasty new addition to our menu. Click here to learn more.

Quinoa in Thousand Oaks!

Quinoa’s making it through it’s first official week in Thousand Oaks, and so far, we couldn’t be happier with the delicious results! It’s a superfood and a great alternative source of protein for vegans and vegetarians, but even the most carnivorous of our guests have been really impressed.  Have it as a side, on top of your salad or try both of our amazing new quinoa salads – Keen Green and Healthy Hybrid.
