The holidays are times to reflect, to give gratitude, and times to enjoy those closest to you. This time of the year, of course, is best celebrated with family, bringing forth new traditions and old. In our homes, food is naturally the focal point! Mary Lou and Jack Harrigan instilled in us a sense of values and purpose, and while we could share many, there is one in particular that sticks out around this time of year. They taught us to create appreciation all around, to create reasons and opportunities to love one another. Our creations are best expressed in the form of food, with the dinner table as the gathering place to share with one another why we care for them, why we are grateful and what makes each of us unique, worthy and important. We’re incredibly fortunate to be sharing these values, this tradition, with all of you.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP!

It’s BACK!

As of this week, we are pleased to announce the (re)addition of our delicious, healthy and vegan seasonal soup – Butternut Squash. Made with the freshest ingredients and prepared daily, our it’s a recipe you’re sure to love! Did we mention it’s vegan?! Oh wait. Topped with toasted pepitas, this soup comes from our kitchen with love. Enjoy it in the months ahead!

Our Butternut Squash Soup is offered in two different sizes for you – Small $3.99 and Large $6.99. One last thing, it’s a gluten-free recipe as well, so you’ll really have all of your dietary bases covered with this one. It’s available for a limited time, so we encourage you to stop in and try a bowl of our newest menu item at any one of our eight STONEFIRE Grill locations based in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Gabriel, San Fernando Valley and Ventura County. Learn More About Pajama Mama

This year’s Holiday Facebook Contest saw some pretty amazing stories, but none of them hit home quite like El Camino Real’s Nicole Kosoff.  Only a junior in high school, Nicole recently founded Pajama Mama with some friends, a group that selflessly gives of their free time to collect fabric and sew pajama bottoms and make blankets for those less fortunate.

STONEFIRE is proud to support Nicole and her group of more than two dozen as they work to make a difference throughout Los Angeles.  Pajama Mama embodies the idea of community that STONEFIRE works hard to fortify surrounding each of its 7 Southern California locations, and we couldn’t be happier to lend a hand to these young ladies this Holiday season!
