Signing up is easy! Register online by providing your name, email, phone number, and birthday. Register. Make a purchase. Receive a $10 reward toward your next visit. Already a rewards member? If you are already an SFG rewards member and have already registered your account then there is no need to make any changes. The new program’s updates and regulations will automatically be applied to your account. If you have an unregistered rewards account you will not receive the updated program’s rewards. For every $1 pre-tax dollar spent on dine-in, takeout and online orders, you earn 1 point! For every 125 points, you automatically receive a $10 reward! Your rewards are stored on your SFG Rewards account and expire after 30 or 90 days, depending on the reward.

After registering your new account and making a purchase. You will receive a $10 reward toward your next visit that expires 30 days from the issue date. When you earn 125 points your points will automatically convert into a $10 reward, which expires 90 days from the issue date. Your annual birthday reward is issued at the start of the calendar month and must be used within that same month.

Your points are tracked via your registered account. Simply present the phone number registered to your account to a friendly Team Member when ordering your next meal in restaurant. If you are placing an online order, sign in with your registered SFG Rewards account to automatically receive points for your order. Login to view your current points and rewards.

For support with your Rewards account, please fill out this form and a member of our team will get back to you. For missing points please fill out the missing points form and provide the relevant order details of your recent visit. We will add your points and confirm with you via email. Your current points, rewards and annual balance are available to view at any time through your registered account. Unfortunately, we cannot add points to purchases for previous years, nor add points from before your account was activated and registered.

No, you can only redeem one reward per order. Your points for placing orders will be tracked on the pre-tax subtotal of your order.

While you do not earn points when purchasing a gift card, you will earn them when you use that gift card to pay for your meal. Just be sure to be a registered SFG Rewards Member.

You can earn points on catering pans, (includes a-la-carte pans of salad, pasta, sides, and appetizers), but not on priced-per-person packages.

No, you cannot earn points or redeem rewards for alcoholic beverage purchases.

No, with our new program you will not need a rewards card. You can use the phone number registered to your rewards account to receive points upon checking out with one of our Team Members. For online orders please be sure to sign in to your rewards account to automatically receive points for your order.

Thanks for being a long time member! If you prefer to use the phone number registered with your account to earn points and claim rewards, you can discard your card. However, your card will still be valid should you prefer to continue using your rewards card.
