Crazy About Cauliflower

Have YOU been looking at new vegetables to add to your diet? If you haven’t tried cauliflower, the Whole Roasted Cauliflower at STONEFIRE Grill is not only deliciously perfected but also gluten-free!

 One of the new favorites at our restaurants, this popular side item is topped with our homemade Lemon-Tahini dressing, topped with parsley and served warm.

The secret? Squeezing fresh cut lemons onto the whole cauliflower!

There are also other cauliflower options include the Roasted Cauliflower Pita and the Cauliflower Salad side item.

The Roasted Cauliflower Pita includes roasted cauliflower, chopped tomato, green onion, spicy cilantro-serrano sauce, lemon tahini stuffed in a fresh pita bread and is served warm.

All About Quinoa

Quin-who?

Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) is a type of grain typically found in South America. High in protein and nutrient rich, quinoa is an excellent substitute for meat.

If you have never tried quinoa, STONEFIRE Grill is the right place to start! Some of our favorite menu items are as followed:

The Healthy Hybrid salad has no lettuce but much quinoa. Tossed with a Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette and garbanzos beans, Kalamata olives, green peppers, red onions, cucumber, tomato, artichoke hearts and feta cheese, this salad is light and tasty.

Thinking about ordering a different signature salad? You can add quinoa to any salad for only $1.99 or substituting for it on any salad that includes meat.

Our Shrimp Meal is served with Quinoa in the middle and lemon garlic sauce and shrimped placed around and includes an individual salad or small side and two breadsticks.

We also served a side item of Quinoa, which is served cold and made with fresh lemon juice, parsley and green onion. It’s the perfect snack!
