General

What are your hours of operation?

Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 9:30pm; Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days to allow our Teams to spend time with those closest to them. Our operating hours may vary on other holidays, too, so please be sure to check our site often or call your local STONEFIRE for more information.

What is family-style dining?

This is an experience around which our concept is focused, one that is designed to accommodate multiple people with different tastes and appetites. Since we believe that sharing meals is a wonderful way to bring people together, our unique approach keeps this idea in mind by providing a variety of combined salads, side dishes and entrees to each table. Although STONEFIRE encourages sharing amongst colleagues, friends and family, our menu is just as versatile and sensible for the individual diner, providing a memorable meal for everyone, whatever the occasion! In any case, our freshly baked breadsticks and salads will always arrive first followed by grilled items, pizzas, pastas and more. If you wish to have everything come at once, please specify this when placing your order with a Team Member.

What is fast-casual?

At STONEFIRE, our fast-casual approach allows you to walk into the restaurant, place your order with one of our friendly Team Members, pick up drinks and utensils and have a seat anywhere in the dining room. Leave the rest to us! We’re not a traditional restaurant, but we’re always active and happy to serve you so that you enjoy your meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

How may I obtain a donation from STONEFIRE Grill?

As a general rule, STONEFIRE does not contribute to the community in the form of monetary donations. However, we take great pride in supporting those around us with delicious food and exceptional service. While we cannot support every cause (though we’d like to!), our decisions are made well in advance, so please take this into consideration when contacting us. Do you take reservations?

Following our fast-casual model of service, STONEFIRE does not take reservations. Our dining rooms operate on a first come, first served basis, and we do our best to provide the most efficient service possible. If you plan on dining with a large group, please feel free to arrive in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as we can.

Is STONEFIRE Grill currently franchising and/or may I invest in the Company?

STONEFIRE Grill was founded in 2000 by sisters, Mary and Maureen Harrigan. To this day, it remains independently owned and operated, and we like it that way! As such, we do not franchise nor are we seeking outside investors at this time. We appreciate your interest!

Where may I find nutritional and/or allergen information for your menu items?

Nutritional and allergen information for all menu items (excluding specials) is available, upon request, at your local STONEFIRE. Please ask a manager for more information. While we are not required by law to post this or make it available to the public, we do recognize the importance of making informed decisions. We trust that the information will assist you in better enjoying STONEFIRE, but should you have any further questions, please contact us here.

Where may I find information on eating gluten-free at STONEFIRE?

Although we do not maintain a gluten-free kitchen and cross-contamination is possible, we do pride ourselves on offering a number of gluten-free options. If you have a severe gluten allergy, please speak to your doctor before dining with us and always inform a Manager before placing your order. I know you serve more than tri tip. What do you have for vegan and vegetarian diets?

There’s something for everyone at STONEFIRE, and as a family with many particular diets, vegans and vegetarians do not go hungry here. We could go on and on, but we suggest asking for our Vegan/Vegetarian Menu the next time you’re in, or, simply click here for the latest offerings. Be warned, we have a lot for you!

I LOVE your ______. May I please have the recipe?

We’re thrilled that you enjoy what we’re up to in the STONEFIRE kitchen, but our recipes are proprietary and will not be shared. STONEFIRE cookbook in the future…who knows? For now, we look forward to serving you your favorites at your local STONEFIRE very soon!

Do you serve alcohol?

Beer and wine. We put a lot of thought into our selections, and they vary from time to time. They may even be different by location. For a list of what we’re currently serving at your local STONEFIRE, you’ll have to head on in. However, we do have some staples on the menu, and they can be found right here.

Catering

What is the minimum order for a STONEFIRE Catering?

To pickup your STONEFIRE Catering, there is a 10 guest mininum. For delivery, 20 guests. For a full service event, 30 guests. In any event, all order must be placed from our Catering Menu, priced per person. More information can be found here.

Do you offer Catering?

What is included in my catered event?

STONEFIRE’S full service catering includes one or more Catering Team Members and everything needed to set up a beautiful (and delicious!) buffet for your and your guests (black/white linens, chafing dishes and pewter serving bowls, stainless steel serving utensils and quality plates & cutlery).

What do you ask of me?

For a Full Service Catering, all we ask is that you provide two (2) 6 to 8-foot tables or a similar space for each buffet line requested. These will serve as a part of our setup. Not to worry, we’ll make them look good!

Do you require advanced notice for STONEFIRE Grill Catering?

Yes. 24 hours minimum for all deliveries so that we have adequate time to schedule a driver. For full service events, we request that you let us know as soon as you have the date…the details can wait. With that said, your order must be placed at least one week in advance and even earlier during busier times of the year, like major holidays. All orders are placed on a first come, first served basis.

May I change the details of my Catering order?

Yes, you may. All details, including menu and number of guests, may be adjusted up to 72 hours prior to scheduled event. We appreciate you understanding that while we will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, we cannot make any guarantees.

What is the cost of a server for my event?

Based on our experience, we recommend one server for every 60-75 guests. Costs vary according to your location and required needs, and we will be happy to discuss this in more detail with you when placing your order. Typically, servers are available for a total of three hours: 45-60 minutes of setup, 90 minutes of serving and 30 minutes to clean. Since every event is unique, we understand that you may require additional services, and these can be discussed with our Catering Specialists, too.

Does STONEFIRE offer beverages?

Yes. We offer Pepsi products and bottled water, priced per person. Please ask us for more details if this interests you.

May I customize my menu?

Of course. Our Catering Menu represents our most popular guest choices over the years, but we are happy to accommodate special requests within reason. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are readily available for catering, and we would be happy to assist you in your planning for these and any other special dietary considerations. When ordering for children, we suggest those under 10 years of age being counted as 2 for 1 – two children to one adult. Separate menus can also be provided.

How do I place my Catering order?

It could not be easier! Please call one of our Catering Specialists at 888.649.5783 and we’ll get started together.

How may I pay for my STONEFIRE Catering?

We accept all major credit cards and require a holding card to reserve the event. Cash works, too. While we do not require a deposit, we do ask that you sign and return our Catering Contract to confirm your order. On the morning of the event, we will charge your credit card in full or you may pay with cash upon arrival of our Team. Don’t worry, we’ll go over all of this in much more detail 72 hours prior to your event.
